Carmen Maniaci and Isaac Oswalt Wedding

Just like any other wedding day, the girls spend the morning giggling over glasses of champagne, sharing stories as they do each others’ makeup and gushing over the most beautiful dresses and jewelry. Meanwhile, across town, the guys are cracking jokes, making toasts over cold beers and finally straightening their ties as the clock ticks down. These pre-wedding activities might be fairly common amongst young people these days, but there is nothing common about the couple that makes up the Oswalt Wedding.

As friends and family pour into St. Isidore Parish in Macomb, Michigan the couple anxiously awaits the walk down the aisle to conclude their union in holy matrimony. After a traditional ceremony, the bridesmaids and groomsmen took a party bus to Birmingham for some group pictures. After the afternoon was captured, they made their way to the reception space at Twin Lakes Golf Club.

Not only was the cake tremendous in stature and the buffet delicious, but eyebrows were continuously raised by the incredibly decadent mountain of dessert treats and a martini ice luge that was parked kitty-corner to the Rock the Booth photo booth that kept guests entertained all night. As you can imagine, the rest of the night was filled with breathtaking moments, moving speeches, lots of dancing and a welcoming to “the Marriage Club” by the F.O.B. (Father of the Bride)!
